For Adult skaters who
- compete in Pre-Adult Gold or Masters or Elite levels
- are National level skaters over 15 years (Basic novice and above)
- are Advanced adult skaters who are able to do difficult turns (twizzles, brackets, counters, rockers, choctaws)
6.45pm – 7.45pm
Emerging Adults
For adult skaters who
- are in private lessons working towards their Preliminary or Elementary tests
- are State level skaters over 15 years (Preparatory, Preliminary or Elementary levels)
- For skaters who compete in Pre-Adult/Adult Pewter, Copper, Bronze or Silver levels
- are in Learn to Skate in Advanced/Stroking level or above
Wednesday 22 January
6.15pm – 7.15pm
State level skaters
For skaters who
- are in private lessons working towards their Preliminary or Elementary tests
- are State level skaters competing in (Preparatory, Preliminary or Elementary levels)
- For skaters who compete in Pre-Adult/Adult Bronze or Silver levels
7.15pm – 8.15pm
National level skaters
For skaters who
- compete in Pre-Adult/Adult Gold or Masters or Elite levels
- are National level skaters competing in (Basic novice and above)
- are skaters who are able to do difficult turns (twizzles, brackets, counters, rockers, choctaws)
Saturday 25 January
4.15pm – 5.15pm
‘Step Up to Solo Dance’ (Introductory difficulty dances)
For skaters who want to learn the first few dances for taking tests. Canasta Tango, Dutch Waltz are two dances we will cover!
5.15pm – 6.15pm
‘So You Think You Can Solo Dance’ (Intermediate difficulty dances)
For skaters who want to learn a few dances that are more challenging like the Blues, Kilian, Foxtrot and Tango!
6.15pm – 7.15pm
‘No One Puts Solo Dance in the Corner’ (Advanced difficulty dances)
For skaters who want to learn a few dances that are super challenging like the Paso Doble, Argentine Tango, or the Cha Cha Congelado.
Description
Olympic Ice Dancer, Jonathan Guerreiro joins us in Perth, fresh from coaching skating camps in Spain and Mexico.
Jonathan’s workshops are designed to improve skating skills, strength in edge work, turns and choreography.

Coaches
Jonathan Guerreiro
Coach / Choreographer
Jonathan grew up in Australia before moving to Moscow in 2005. Representing Russia with Tiffany Zahorski, he is the 2018 NHK Trophy silver medalist, the 2018 Skate America bronze medalist, and a three-time Russian national medalist (2021 silver; 2018, 2020 bronze). Jonathan and Tiffany placed 8th at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang and at the 2018 World Championships.
Earlier in his career, he won medals at two World Junior Championships — bronze in 2009 with Ekaterina Riazanova and silver in 2011 with Ekaterina Pushkash.
