Lesson Days
Summer School runs for 4 weeks in January, and the following timeslots are available. Your 25 minute weekly lesson will take place within that timeslot on your chosen day.
- Monday 4pm – 6:30pm: 8, 15, 22, 29 January
- Wednesday 4pm – 7pm: 3, 10, 17, 24 January
- Saturday 8:45am – 10:45am: 6, 13, 20, 27 January
What’s Included
- 4 x 25 minute weekly ice skating lessons.
- Free regular skate hire.
- Unlimited access to all general ice skating sessions on rink 1
between the 2nd and the 29th of January

About
Summer School is our additional ice skating program that will allow you to continue learning skating skills and advance through our ‘Learn to Skate’ program over the summer school holidays. You can sign up for one, two or three days per week. The course usually runs for 4 weeks in January. No kids under the age of 3 will be accepted into the program.
As a safety measure, we highly recommend that all skaters wear helmets whilst on the ice. All beginners are required to attend at least 1 (one) general session before signing up, be able to move off the barrier unassisted and be willing to learn.
What’s my class time?
All class details including class time, name of your coach, etc will be sent out via provided email 1-2 days before your first lesson. If you pass any levels during the term you will receive a certificate via email at the end of term. However your class time during the term will not change unless you are transferred to another class by your coach.
Please note: there will be no make-up classes if you are unable to attend your regular class.
Class Sizes
Maximum class size 10 people. Classes fill quickly so please make sure you enrol as soon as possible to guarantee a place. This also applies to re-enrolments. Due to scheduling and enrolment numbers, adult classes on Tuesdays or Thursdays may not run. We will contact you if this is the case. If you change your enrolment day after your first lesson (subject to availability), admin fee ($30) may be charged.
Discounts
Our Summer School programs are excluded from both the earlybird and family discounts. These discounts only apply to our core programs: Learn to Skate and Ice Hockey Academy, both of which run 4 times a year and are aligned with the school term dates.
