All Abilities Sessions
Ice skating is for everyone!
Getting out on the ice provides people in Perth with disabilities with a unique opportunity to improve health and independence, whilst also providing an important social interaction with their peers. Experience a world of coolness in a safe environment, where we are proud to encourage ice skating for all!
About the All Abilities program
SESSION TIMES
All Abilities Sessions take place every Friday afternoon during the school term from 1pm – 3pm. These sessions don’t run during school holidays or public holidays.
PRICE
These sessions are only $11 per person, which includes regular skate hire if required. Regular prices apply during our regular sessions.
CARERS & COMPANIONS
One carer / companion can skate for free per paying guest!
CUSTOM ICE CHAIR & MOBILITY HOIST
Try our ice chair, custom made for the arena with the kind assistance of the City of Cockburn. The hoist was provided by Rocky Bay and the Cockburn Rotary Club!
ICE MARSHALLS
There will be at least one ice marshall on the ice to supervise and assist each week.
SKATING AIDS
Skating aids are complimentary during All Abilities Sessions. We have regular frames, seals and kangaroos!
