Join in the fun – because ice skating is for everyone!
Getting out on the ice provides people in Perth with disabilities with a unique opportunity to improve health and independence, whilst also providing an important social interaction with their peers.
All Abilities Session Times
All Abilities sessions run from 1pm – 3pm every Friday during the school term.
We also often schedule some extra sessions for the school holidays!

Dedicated sessions, custom made equipment and friendly staff will make it easy for you to be a part of the ice skating experience!
CUSTOM ICE CHAIR & MOBILITY HOIST
Try our ice chair, custom made for the arena with the kind assistance of the City of Cockburn. The hoist was provided by Rocky Bay and the Cockburn Rotary Club!
Skating aids are complimentary during All Abilities Sessions. We have regular frames, seals and kangaroos!
Our custom made Ice Glider, provided with the kind assistance of the City of Cockburn, allows individuals in chairs to experience the gliding sensation of ice skating!
* Sessions marked with a ‘*’ are school holiday All Abilities Sessions. These sessions will be held on Rink 2 to ensure enough space and enjoyment for all, and to provide a low-sensory ice skating experience that’s easy on the eyes and ears with reduced noise, lighting and distractions.
All Abilities Sessions take place every Friday afternoon during the school term from 1pm – 3pm.
These sessions are only $11 per person, which includes regular skate hire if required. Regular prices apply during our regular sessions.
CARERS & COMPANIONS
One carer / companion can skate for free per paying guest!
All Abilities Learn to Skate Term 1
3 February – 9 April 2020
We are now offering Learn to Skate classes to people with varying degrees pf additional needs. A carer/support worker/parent is included in the price and can be on the ice during the lesson. The skater needs to be able to stand and move away from the barrier unaided.
If the skater requires extra support, please contact Nadine before enrolling.

Learn to Skate is for skaters aged 5+. For children aged 3-4 check out our Tiny Tots program.

Enrol on or before 24 January 2020 and pay only
for 9 weeks of lessons!
Regular price of $249 applies to all enrolments taken from 25 January onwards.
