Themed Party Rooms
If you would like a private room for your party, we have three themed rooms available for hire. Price includes 15 minutes either side of a 2 hour session (2.5 hours total).
$ 50 for 2.5 hours or FREE when you have 15 or more guests, and book a penguin package or greater.
Ice Hockey and Ice Byke parties are only available on Sundays. Ice Hockey and Ice Bykes will be held on Rink 2 at 12pm – 1pm. The party then moves to the Public Rink so they can skate the 1pm – 3pm general session.

A party host will ensure your birthday party runs smoothly
A party host will make your day easier and much more enjoyable! Your party host will:
- greet your group on arrival
- explain the day’s proceedings
- escort your group to your table
- help children put skates on
- escort your group to the ice
- assist with the basics of ice skating
- stay on the ice with the children for most of the session
- organise your food/drink packages
and birthday cake for the allocated time - help sing ‘Happy Birthday’
- help clean up afterwards
Your party host will stay with your group for 3 hours (30 minutes either side of a 2 hour session).

$150 surcharge applies on public holidays. We recommend an additional party host for groups of 15 or larger. Additional host fee $75.
If you would like a private room for your party, we have three themed rooms available for hire. Price includes 15 minutes either side of a 2 hour session (2.5 hours total).

Suitable for boys and girls. Adjacent to Frostbite Cafe.
ENCHANTED FOREST ROOM
Suitable for all kids, boys and girls. Adjacent to the ice skating rink.
GRAFFITI ROOM
Suitable for boys, girls and teens. Adjacent to the ice skating rink.

Party extras
Extra food for your birthday party is available, including a number of share platters, which are ideal for groups with multiple parents attending the party. Gluten free and vegetarian/vegan options are available.
Please be sure to book your packages well in advance so we can ensure adequate food and drink is prepared for the day.
Take the hassle out of organising a birthday party – all you need to do is bring a cake!
Bookings are essential and our tables and room fill up quickly, so please make sure you book well in advance. Our most popular sessions for birthday parties are on Saturday from 11am-1pm or 2pm-4pm, and Sunday from 1pm-3pm. Friday and Saturday night sessions are also a great option for children aged 12+ years. Consult our timetable to find a session that suits you.
Each package has a different minimum booking numbers:
- Snow Frills package: 15
- Penguin, Polar Bear, Snow Rabbit & Mammoth packages: 6
Party organisers may bring a cake, but please note no additional food or drinks are to be brought into the venue. Extra food is available from our cafe.
