What does a birthday party host do?

We believe birthdays should be fun, easy and stress free for the parents. Our party hosts take care of everything, from the moment your group enters the arena, right through until the end of the session.

Your party host will stay with your group for 3 hours (30 minutes either side of a 2 hour ice skating session):

greet your group on arrival
explain the day’s proceedings
escort your group to your table
help children put skates on
escort your group to the ice
assist with the basics of ice skating
stay on the ice with the children for most of the session
organise your food/drink packages
and birthday cake for the allocated time
help sing ‘Happy Birthday’
help clean up afterwards
