STICK AND PUCK SESSIONS
Stick and Puck sessions – get good!
Practice in a non-competitive atmosphere or simply get some exercise and ice time to hit a puck around with friends. If you’re interested in improving as a hockey player, there’s no substitute for spending time on the ice at a Stick and Puck session.
Stick ‘n’ Puck Sessions
Strictly for players aged 5+.
Must be enrolled in Ice Hockey Academy: Skate the Game at a bare minimum or have an equivalent skill level. Ideal for those enrolled in a program wishing to practice skills, experienced players, or recreational players wanting some ice time to hit a puck around.
- uninterrupted ice time put aside just for hockey practise
- minimum session time of 75 minutes
- practice what you like in your own time
- pucks, goals and training aids provided
- general session skating included for pass holders
- individual private lessons can be booked during these sessions

The following is required for Thursday Ice Hockey Academy Stick ‘n’ Puck sessions:

In addition, the following is required for all other Stick ‘n’ Puck sessions:
Stick ‘n’ Puck Passes
If you plan on attending Stick ‘n’ Puck sessions twice or more per week, purchasing a pass will be more economical than paying $30 per entry. Pass prices are as follows and are only available for purchase at the arena.
All Stick ‘n’ Puck passes also include general session skating.
30 days for $150
90 days for $375
Please note the early morning sessions on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday require a pass to get into the building.
