Camp Key Features
- Fun and fast-paced development in a fun and exciting atmosphere.
- Focus on mastering all core fundamental skills and aspects of the game.
- Proper skating and stride development to achieve maximum speed and agility in both forward and backward skating.
- Stickhandling and puck control techniques that include proper hand positioning, hand/eye coordination, and puck protection.
- Passing development that will increase players’ overall ability to catch and receive passes effectively while moving.
- Shooting techniques that include forehand and backhand shots.
Daily Schedule
- 08:15 – Drop off
- 08:30 – Warmup
- 09:15 – On the ice
- 10:45 – Off the ice
- 11:00 – Snack
- 11:15 – Off – ice activity (dryland, classroom, yoga, etc.)
- 12:15 – Lunch
- 12:45 – Locker room to get dressed

- 14:45 – Off the ice
