Lessons booked during a public ice skating session are subject to the following conditions:

There are no refunds for cancellations.
Changes or cancellations must be arranged at least 48 hours prior to the booking date to receive a credit.
Late arrivals may not be guaranteed their lesson, as the coach may have other lessons booked. This is entirely at the coaches’ discretion.
