SAGS and Skills

SAGs and Skills is a 6 week short course for all Cockburn Ice Hockey Academy players. We will be running 2 groups, a Skate the Game group, and a Play the Game group. Each group will be capped at 15 players.

Lesson Days

• Thursdays from 5:15pm – 6:15pm, commencing 11 November.

Whats included

6 hours of small area games over 6 weeks (11, 18, 25 November, 2, 9, 16 December).

Small area games benefit players in multiple ways:

• Benefit all ages and skill levels
• Help players to practice their decision making
• Increase number of puck touches
• More players are involved
• Can be set up in limited ice space
